PAYMENT METHOD

We currently offer 2 types of payments for your convenience: Credit/Debit card payment (Mastercard & Visa) and Juice App Transfer (for MCB Customers only). Once you place your order, we will get in touch with you  by email to settle the payment. Please note that full payment is required prior to delivery of your floral arrangement(s).

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

As flowers are perishable goods, all sales are non-refundable. However, we take great pride in the integrity and quality of our work at Authentic Bloom, and would like for you to enjoy our beautiful arrangements as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the arrangement you have received, please contact us within 24 hours so we might have the opportunity to resolve the issue. Should you have any questions regarding the care of your arrangement or plant, please contact us ; we would be more than happy to assist you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’  or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a  50% charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses. Cancellation not applicable for next day delivery. Those will be subject to 100% charge.

DELIVERY POLICY

To treat our work with the utmost of care, all of our arrangements are hand-delivered. We are therefore unable to provide tracking information; however, we can provide delivery details upon request.

We are happy to consider next day delivery but the cut off time for next day deliveries needs to be received before noon the previous day and subject to flowers availability . Please contact us via phone, email or in person to ensure that we have received your order for deliveries placed after 12pm.

While we cannot guarantee delivery times, we do accept delivery time requests. We require at least three hours’ notice for a timed delivery; shorter timed deliveries are arranged at our discretion. There may be a rush fee for certain timed deliveries (based on time and distance). Please contact us directly for if you would like to schedule deliveries after our regular business hours, there may be an additional night fee.

We do deliver on Saturdays and Sundays, but the order must be completed 2-3 days prior to the delivery date.

Please remember to include a company name, floor or flat/house number, and contact phone number of received. 

For deliveries to residential addresses, please remember to provide a phone number if you are unsure whether or not there is a doorman present.

Deliveries sent to addresses where no one is present to accept the arrangement will be returned to our shop, and will incur an additional fee if we must reattempt delivery.

Note : we reserve the right to charge a delivery fee and will communicate this cost to you at the time of order confirmation
